PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake resisting equipment foundation capable of also being applied to an existing building without deteriorating a waterproof function.SOLUTION: An earthquake resisting equipment foundation 10 includes: an anchor member 14 that is attached to a slab 12; a cotter 16 that is fixed onto the slab 12 by the anchor member 14; a waterproof layer 18 for covering an outer surface of the cotter 16 and a top surface of the slab 12; and an equipment foundation 20 that is provided on the slab 12 in the state of including the cotter 16 covered with the waterproof layer 18.
【課題】防水機能を損なわずに、既築建物にも適用できる耐震設備基礎を提供する。【解決手段】耐震設備基礎１０は、スラブ１２に取付けられたアンカー部材１４と、アンカー部材１４によって、スラブ１２の上に固定されたコッター１６と、コッター１６の外面、及びスラブ１２の上面を覆う防水層１８と、防水層１８に覆われたコッター１６を内包させて、スラブ１２の上に設けられた設備基礎２０と、を有している。【選択図】図１
