PRECOATED METAL PLATE, AND EXTERIOR BUILDING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated metal plate which has gloss-adjusted desired design properties and excellent flat part corrosion resistance, which is equal to or higher than that of another precoated metal plate containing a chromate rustproof treated metal plate, even if it is a chromate-free precoated metal plate, and to provide an exterior building material.SOLUTION: The precoated metal plate is used as exterior materials and has a metal plate and a final coating film to be disposed on the metal plate. The final coating film contains a porous particle of 0.01-15 vol.% as a gloss adjusting agent. The precoated metal plate satisfies the inequality: D/T≤0.7Ru≤1.2TR≥1.03≤T≤20 (in which R is the number-average particle diameter (μm) of the gloss adjusting agent, Dis the 97.5% particle diameter (μm) thereof, Ru is the upper limit particle diameter (μm) thereof, and T is the thickness (μm) of the final coating film) in a number-based particle diameter distribution of the gloss adjusting agent.
