PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated metal plate which is suitable for exterior use, has an effect of suppressing temperature rise of the metal plate and inside due to irradiation of sunlight and the like, and has a high degree of freedom of color tone.SOLUTION: The exterior precoated metal plate comprises: a metal plate; a coating film formed on the outermost layer of one surface of the metal plate; and a coating film formed on the outermost layer of another surface of the metal plate. The coating film formed on the outermost layer of one surface does not contain carbon black, and the coating film formed on the outermost layer of another surface contains carbon black. Brightness (Lvalue) on the surface of the coating film formed on the outermost layer of another surface is 30 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
