PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fitting structure for use in making a positive thread fitting under a self-aligning action even if axial centers of a female thread and a fixing thread are displaced by engaging the fixing thread passed from one frame member in thread with a female thread of a receiver inserted into metal fitting insertion holes of the other frame member when these frame members are connected to each other under their right-angle crossed state.SOLUTION: A fixing screw 40 having an extremity end part 44 formed that is more fine than a male thread part 43 and has no thread is used at the extremity end of the male thread part 43. A receiver 10 is inserted into metal fitting insertion holes 25 and 26 of an upper frame 20 and rotatably installed at prescribed positions at the metal fitting insertion holes. Even if an axial center of a female thread 15 of the receiver is substantially displaced from the axial centers of vertical frame thread insertion holes 31 and 32 and upper frame thread insertion holes 22 and 23, a self-aligning action may occur since the extremity end part of the fixing screw strikes against an opening edge of a thread insertion hole 14 of the receiver to cause the receiver to rotate. It is preferable that the most extremity end of the extremity end part is formed into a fine extremity shape through an inclination surface 45.
【課題】一方の枠部材の金具挿入穴に挿入した受具の雌ネジに他方の枠部材から通した取付ネジを螺着することによりこれら枠部材同士を直交状態で連結するに当たり、雌ネジと取付ネジの軸心がずれていても自動調心作用が働いて確実に螺着させるための金具構造を提供する。【解決手段】雄ネジ部43の先端側に該雄ネジ部より細くネジ山を持たない先端部44が形成された取付ネジ40が用いられる。受具10は、上枠20の金具挿入穴25,26に挿入されて該金具挿入穴の所定位置に回転可能に配置される。受具の雌ネジ15が縦枠ネジ挿通穴31,32および上枠ネジ挿入穴22,23の軸心と大きくずれていても、取付ネジの先端部が受具のネジ挿入穴14の開口縁に当たって受具を回転させるので、自動調心作用が働く。先端部の最先端は傾斜面45を介して先細状に形成されることが好ましい。【選択図】図4
