GATE OPENING/CLOSING FACILITY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate opening/closing facility which maintains a state where a sprocket and a pin rack are engaged, for a gate which is horizontally moved while rising.SOLUTION: A gate opening/closing facility 10 including a pin rack 13 which includes a plurality of pins 11 and fixed to a gate 12 while being arranged horizontally; and a driving device 16 for horizontally moving the rising gate 12 by rotating a sprocket 15 including a plurality of teeth 14 which are engaged with the plurality of pins 11. The sprocket 15 is provided so as to be rotatable around a vertical shaft 26, and the plurality of teeth 14 protrude horizontally toward a radial outside of the sprocket 15. The pin rack 13 rises with a rising width H together with the gate 12 and in an engagement area where the plurality of pins 11 are disposed vertically, respectively, and the teeth 14 are engaged with the plurality of pins 11, at least a length of the rising width H is secured lower than the teeth 14 engaged with the pins 11 in a state where the gate 12 is disposed at a lowest position.
【課題】上昇した状態で水平移動するゲートに対し、スプロケットとピンラックが噛み合った状態を維持するゲート開閉設備を提供する。【解決手段】複数のピン11を有し、水平に配されてゲート12に固定されたピンラック13と、上昇したゲート12を、複数のピン11に噛み合う複数の歯14を有するスプロケット15を回転させて、水平移動させる駆動装置16とを備えるゲート開閉設備10において、スプロケット15は、鉛直軸26を中心に回転可能に設けられて、複数の歯14がそれぞれ、スプロケット15の径方向外側に向かって水平に突出し、ピンラック13は、ゲート12と共に上昇幅Hの上昇を行い、複数のピン11が、それぞれ鉛直に配置され、複数のピン11それぞれの歯14が噛み合う噛合領域には、ゲート12が最下位置に配された状態で、ピン11に噛み合った歯14より下側に、少なくとも、上昇幅Hの長さが確保される。【選択図】図1
