BASE ISOLATION STRUCTURE AND BASE ISOLATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation structure with a reduced number of seismic isolators installed.SOLUTION: A base isolation structure 1 is for base isolating an existing building 2 having a plurality of existing piles 11 in a row, a plurality of existing columns 12 installed above the plurality of existing piles 11 on a lowest floor, and an existing foundation beam 13 that connects base parts of the existing columns 12. The base isolation structure 1 includes a pressure-resistant panel 20 installed after removing a part of pile heads of the plurality of existing piles 11, over the pile heads of the remaining plurality of existing piles 11, a reinforcing foundation beam 30 that extends along the existing foundation beam 13 and reinforces the existing foundation beam 13, and a seismic isolator 40 installed directly below a part of the plurality of existing columns 12, leaving a space for installing an attenuation device between the reinforcing foundation beam 30 and the pressure-resistant panel 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】免震装置の設置台数を削減できる免震構造を提供する。【解決手段】免震構造1は、複数並んで設けられた既存杭11と、これら複数の既存杭11の上に設けられた最下階の複数の既存柱12と、既存柱12の柱脚部同士を連結する既存の基礎梁13と、を備える既存建物2を免震化する。この免震構造1は、複数の既存杭11の杭頭部の一部が撤去されて、複数の既存杭11の残る杭頭部に跨がって構築された耐圧盤20と、既存の基礎梁13に沿って延びてこの既存の基礎梁13を補強する基礎補強梁30と、複数の既存柱12のうちの一部の直下でかつ基礎補強梁30と耐圧盤20との間に、減衰装置を設置可能な間隔を空けて設けられた免震装置40と、を備える。【選択図】図4
