BASE ISOLATION STRUCTURE AND BASE ISOLATION WOODEN STRUCTURE
To provide a base isolation structure which solves problems such as a fastening strength of a wooden trestle and a base isolation device, torsion strength of the trestle and a trestle weight against high wind load.SOLUTION: A base isolation structure includes a plurality of base isolation devices 16 arranged on a foundation 15, a plurality of base isolation plates 19 fixed to the isolation devices 16, respectively and a wooden trestle 21 to which the base isolation plates 19 are fixed and that supports a wooden building. The wooden trestle 21 has an outer peripheral frame provided so as to have a space with a predetermined size therein, and a plurality of lattice frames formed by dividing the inside of the outer peripheral frame by a plurality of inner frame materials arranged in a lattice shape longitudinally and laterally at predetermined intervals. Each of the base isolation plates 19 is brought into contact with each of the lattice frames corresponding to the base isolation device among the plurality of lattice frames, each of the base isolation devices 16 is fixed to the lower surface of each of the base isolation plates, the upper surfaces are fixed to the peripheral frames of the lattice frames to form frame spaces 30 with predetermined sizes in the respective lattice frames, and concrete solidification bodies 26 formed by filling and solidification of concrete is arranged in the frame spaces 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】木骨架台と免震装置との緊締強度、架台のねじれ強度及び高い風荷重に対する架台重量等の課題を解決した免震構造を提供する。【解決手段】基礎15上に配列された複数個の免震装置16と、各免震装置16に固定される複数枚の免震プレート19と、各免震プレート19が固定されて木造建築物を支える木造りの木骨架台21と、を備え、木骨架台21は、内部に所定大きさの空間を設けた外周枠と、外周枠内に複数本の内枠材を縦横に所定間隔をあけて格子状に区分して形成した複数個の格子枠とを有し、複数個の格子枠のうち、免震装置に対応する格子枠にそれぞれ免震プレート19を当接し、これらの免震プレートの下面に各免震装置16をそれぞれ固定し、上面を格子枠の周辺枠に固定して該各格子枠内に所定大きさの枠空間30を形成し、枠空間30内にコンクリートを充填・固化させ形成させたコンクリート固化体26が配置されている。【選択図】 図3
