PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an efficient vibration control operation even if a displacement amount of a building is low.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a vibration control device comprising a rotating member including a first member having a first pin, a second member having a second pin, a first engaging part engaged with the first pin and a second engaging part engaged with the second pin; and an attenuation material installed in at least one of between the first member and the rotating member and between the second member and the rotating member; and when the first member and the second member are relatively moved in a crossing direction of a prescribed direction while keeping a relative distance in a prescribed direction, the rotating member is rotated in respect with the first member and the second member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
