VIBRATION CONTROL DEVICE AND VIBRATION CONTROL STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device and a vibration control structure being high in rigidity but excellent in workability, without losing vibration control performance at a stretch, even when a part of the vibration control device is broken, without breaking by buckling a diagonal member itself even if large swinging is received.SOLUTION: A vibration control device controls vibration of a building structure having a rectangular structural material via a diagonal member arranged on a diagonal line of the rectangular structural material, and the vibration control device is provided with an outer frame having a similar figure to the rectangular structural material, an inner frame having a similar figure to the rectangular structural material and having the respective sides shorter than the respective sides of the outer frame and being parallel or vertical and a joint respectively extending from the respective corners in the outer direction on the diagonal line of the outer frame and connected to the diagonal member, and the respective corners of the outer frame are directly or indirectly joined to the corners of the inner frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 大きな揺れを受けても斜材自体を座屈させて破壊することがなく、制振装置の一部が破壊された場合であっても一気に制振性能を喪失することがなく、また剛性は高いが加工性がよい制振装置および制振構造を提供する。【解決手段】 矩形構造材を備える建築構造体を、矩形構造材の対角線上に配置される斜材を介して制振する制振装置であって、矩形構造材と相似形を有する外フレームと、矩形構造材と相似形を有し、各辺が外フレームの各辺より短くかつ平行または垂直をなす内フレームと、外フレームの対角線上に外方向に各角からそれぞれ延在し、斜材と連結される継手と、を備え、外フレームの各隅は、内フレームの角と直接的または間接的に結合されている制振装置を提供する。【選択図】 図1
