CEMENT KILN EXHAUST GAS TREATMENT APPARATUS AND TREATMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently treat a cement kiln exhaust gas at a low cost while effectively utilizing heat energy in an ecological cement kiln exhaust gas.SOLUTION: A cement kiln exhaust gas treatment apparatus 1 comprises: a heat recovery device (boiler) 4 recovering heat from the exhaust gas G1 of an ecological cement kiln 2; a high temperature dust collector 7 collecting dust D in the exhaust gas G3 of the heat recovery device 4; a catalyst device 8 removing harmful matter in the exhaust gas G4 of the high temperature dust collector 7; and a wet dust collector (wet scrubber) 9 performing the wet dust collection of the exhaust gas G5 of the catalyst device 8. A calcium component addition device 6 adding a calcium component into the exhaust gas of the heat recovery device 4 can be provided. A classifier (cyclone) 5 separating the exhaust gas G2 exhausted from the heat recovery device 4 to coarse powders C and the gas G3 including fine powders and supplying the gas including the fine powders to the high temperature dust collector 7 is preferably provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】エコセメントキルン排ガスの熱エネルギーを有効利用しながら、効率よく低コストでセメントキルン排ガスを処理する。【解決手段】エコセメントキルン2の排ガスG1から熱回収する熱回収装置(ボイラ)4と、熱回収装置4の排ガスG3中のダストDを捕集する高温集塵装置7と、高温集塵装置7の排ガスG4中の有害物質を除去する触媒装置8と、触媒装置8の排ガスG5を湿式集塵する湿式集塵装置(湿式スクラバ)9とを備えるセメントキルン排ガス処理装置1。熱回収装置4の排ガスにカルシウム分を添加するカルシウム分添加装置6を備えることができ、熱回収装置4から排出された排ガスG2を粗粉Cと、微粉を含むガスG3とに分離し、微粉を含むガスを高温集塵装置7に供給する分級装置(サイクロン)5を備えることが好ましい。【選択図】図1
