CEMENT CALCINATION APPARATUS AND DENITRATION METHOD OF CEMENT KILN EXHAUST GAS
To reduce efficiently a NOX concentration in a cement kiln exhaust gas while maintaining a good calcination state regardless of type of a preliminary calcination furnace.SOLUTION: A cement calcination apparatus 1 includes a first denitration burner 14 that is provided in a kiln butt 4 of a cement kiln 5 and blows fuel F3 and combustion air into the kiln butt to burn the fuel, and a second denitration burner 15 that blows fuel F4 and combustion air into a duct 16 between the kiln butt and a preliminary calcination furnace 3 attached to the cement kiln. The second denitration burner can be provided with swirling means for swirling a mixed flow of the fuel and the combustion air. An amount of the fuel supplied into the kiln butt of the cement kiln by the first denitration burner can be 20% or more and 50% or less of an amount of the fuel supplied to the preliminary calcination furnace, and an amount of the fuel supplied into the duct by the second denitration burner can be 20% or more and 80% or less of the amount of the fuel supplied to the preliminary calcination furnace.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】仮焼炉の形式を問わず、良好な焼成状態を維持しながらセメントキルン排ガス中のNOX濃度を効率よく低減する。【解決手段】セメントキルン5の窯尻4に設置され、窯尻内に燃料F3及び燃焼用空気を吹き込み、燃料を燃焼させる第1の脱硝用バーナー14と、窯尻とセメントキルンに付設された仮焼炉3との間のダクト16内に燃料F4及び燃焼用空気を吹き込み、燃料を燃焼させる第2の脱硝用バーナー15とを備えるセメント焼成装置1。第2の脱硝用バーナーは、燃料と燃焼用空気との混合流を旋回させる旋回手段を備えることができる。第1の脱硝用バーナーによるセメントキルンの窯尻内への燃料供給量は、仮焼炉への燃料供給量の20%以上50%以下、第2の脱硝用バーナーによるダクト内への燃料供給量は、仮焼炉への燃料供給量の20%以上80%以下とすることができる。【選択図】図1
