REPAIR STRUCTURE OF SLAB-TYPE TRACK AND REPAIR METHOD OF SLAB-TYPE TRACK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair structure of a slab-type track having no necessity for using a release sheet, removing a frame mold, hardening a repair filler by pouring it into a bag body, pouring the repair filler once again, and capable of efficiently performing repair work, and a repair method of the slab-type track.SOLUTION: In a repair structure of a slab-type track in which a filler layer is arranged while being sandwiched between at least a concrete roadbed and a track slab, and a track rail is arranged on the track slab, the repair structure of the slab-type track comprises an embedded frame mold at least at a part of an external peripheral edge of the filler layer, and a repair filler is enclosed in at least either of the inside of the embedded frame mold and the inside of a region at the inside rather than the embedded frame mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】補修用充填材を充填して充填層の補修を行うに際し、剥離シートを用いたり型枠を撤去する必要がなく、また補修用充填材を袋体に注入して硬化させたり、再度補修用充填材を注入する必要もなく、効率的に補修作業を行うことのできるスラブ式軌道の補修構造およびスラブ式軌道の補修方法を提供すること。【解決手段】少なくともコンクリート路盤と、軌道スラブとの間に、充填層が挟まれるようにして設けられ、さらに前記軌道スラブ上に軌道レールが配設されて成るスラブ式軌道の補修構造であって、前記スラブ式軌道の補修構造は、前記充填層の外周縁部の少なくとも一部に、埋め込み型枠を備えており、前記埋め込み型枠内または埋め込み型枠よりも内方の領域内の少なくともいずれか一方には、補修用充填材を内包してなる。【選択図】図7
