SLAB TRACK REPAIR METHOD
To provide a slab track repair method in which, when repairing the gap in the vertical direction (vertical direction) that occurs around a protrusion on a roadbed, a repair filler injected into this gap can be sufficiently cured in the gap without leaking out of the gap to join members opposite across the gap.SOLUTION: A slab track repair method for a slab track provided with a hardened filling layer charged between a protrusion of a roadbed and a recess of the track slab, the method repairing the slab track by filling a repair filler prepared with resin into a vertical gap generated between a filling layer and the projection on the roadbed or between the filling layer and the recess of the track slab. The repair method comprising the steps of: inserting an absorber for inserting a filler absorber into the gap, the filler absorber capable of absorbing or temporarily holding the repair filler; injecting the filler for injecting the repair filler in the gap; and curing for waiting for hardening of the repair filler.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】路盤の突起部周りに生じる、縦方向（上下方向）の隙間を補修する際、この隙間に注入した補修用てん充材が、隙間の外へ漏れ出ることなく、隙間の中で充分に硬化して、隙間を挟んで対向する部材の間を接合することができるスラブ軌道の補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】路盤の突起部と軌道スラブの凹部との間に充填されて硬化したてん充層を備えるスラブ軌道において、てん充層と路盤の突起部との間、もしくは、てん充層と軌道スラブの凹部との間に生じた、上下方向の隙間に、樹脂を調製した補修用てん充材を充填して補修する、スラブ軌道の補修方法である。補修方法は、隙間に、補修用てん充材を吸収もしくは一時的に保持可能な、てん充材吸収体を挿入する吸収体挿入ステップと、隙間に補修用てん充材を注入するてん充材注入ステップと、補修用てん充材の硬化を待機する養生ステップと、を備える。【選択図】図１
