PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance work efficiency without complicating work processes of a repair device for a filler layer that uses a two-liquid mixed-type resin.SOLUTION: A repair device 10 for a filler layer comprises: a carriage 12; a first mixing tank 14 having a first mixer 13 for mixing a first resin with aggregates; a first storage tank 15 for storing a first liquid produced in the first mixing tank 14; a second mixing tank 17 having a second mixer 16 for mixing a second resin, aggregates and a curing agent; a second storage tank 18 for storing a second liquid produced in the second mixing tank 17; a plunger pump 19 for pumping the first liquid and the second liquid in the storage tanks 15, 18; and a static mixer 20 for producing a filler 8 by mixing the pumped first and second liquids.
【課題】２液混合型の樹脂を用いる填充層補修装置において、施工を煩雑にすることなく施工効率を向上させる。【解決手段】填充層補修装置１０を、台車１２と、第１樹脂及び骨材を混合する第１混合機１３を備える第１混合タンク１４と、第１混合タンク１４で生成された第１液を貯蔵する第１貯蔵タンク１５と、第２樹脂、骨材及び硬化剤を混合する第２混合機１６を備える第２混合タンク１７と、第２混合タンク１７で生成された第２液を貯蔵する第２貯蔵タンク１８と、貯蔵タンク１５、１８内の第１液及び第２液を圧送するプランジャポンプ１９と、圧送された第１液と第２液とを混合して充填材８を生成するスタティックミキサ２０とを備える構成とする。【選択図】図２
