MOLD SYSTEM FOR CONCRETE COLUMN MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE CONCRETE COLUMN MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold system for a concrete column member that saves construction costs.SOLUTION: A concrete mold system 1 includes a box-shape mold 10 with an open top, and a rotary support device 4 fixed on a floor surface 5 and rotatably supporting a first edge surface of the concrete mold 10. When erecting a PCa column member 2 after mold removal, the first edge side of the PCa column member 2 is supported by the rotary support device 4 when a second edge side of the PCa column member 2 without the rotary support device 4 is lifted by a lifting machine, allowing the PCa column member to be shifted to a prescribed position. Therefore, the lifting work is facilitated in contrast to a conventional method comprising complicated processes, and construction costs may be saved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工費を抑制できる、コンクリート柱部材の型枠システムを提供すること。【解決手段】型枠システム1は、上面が開放された箱状の型枠10と、床面5に固定されて型枠10の一端側の端側面を回転可能に支持する回転支持装置4と、を備える。本発明によれば、脱型後にPCa柱部材2を建て起こす際、1台の揚重機械により、PCa柱部材2の他端側つまり回転支持装置4が設けられていない側を吊り上げることで、PCa柱部材2の一端側が回転支持装置4で支持されることになり、所定の位置まで移動させることができる。したがって、従来のように揚重作業における施工手順が複雑にならないから、揚重作業が容易となり、施工費を抑制できる。【選択図】図1
