To manufacture a precast concrete-made column member without depending on a high place work.SOLUTION: A mold device 1 for manufacturing a column member is constituted of a bottom sheathing board 2 which is installed on a bottom surface 13 of a pit 12 having a bottom surface 13 below a ground surface or a floor surface 14, and forms the bottom surface of a precast concrete-made column member, and a side sheathing board 3 for forming the side face of the column member, and the ground surface or the floor surface 14 is positioned in the periphery of the pit 12. The side sheathing board 3 is constituted of a plurality of side sheathing materials 31 that are joined to each other in a freely separable manner. Among the plurality of side sheathing boards 31, at least the two side sheathing boards 31 and 31 are made to face each other, and at least the one is made to be relatively movable in the opposite direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
