BOLT FOR CONCRETE MOLD HOLDING MEMBER, AND CONCRETE MOLD HOLDING MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt for a concrete mold holding member and the concrete mold holding member for managing screw-in torque generated at a time of screwing and suppressing a damage to the concrete mold holding member, especially to the bolt for the concrete mold holding member.SOLUTION: A bolt for a concrete mold holding member includes a fitting bolt 2 having an end in an axial direction screwed into an H-section steel 8, and a torque adjustment part 3 provided on the other end of the fitting bolt 2 and extending in the axial direction. The torque adjustment part 3 includes: a connection part 31 having an end connected to the fitting bolt 2; a fracture part 32 continued from the other end of the connection part 31 and having torque at a time of torsional fracture smaller compared to the fitting bolt 2 and the connection part 31; and a tool fitting part 33 connected to the connection part 31 through the fracture part 32, to have a tool fitted thereon. The tool fitting part 33 and the fracture part 32 have a through-hole into which a connection shaft member 4 may be inserted in the axial direction, and a shaft fitting part is provided on the other end of the connection part 31 for fitting the connection shaft member 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ねじ込み終了時にボルトに生じるねじ込みトルクを管理して、コンクリート型枠保持部材、特にコンクリート型枠保持部材用ボルトの損傷を抑制するコンクリート型枠保持部材用ボルト及びコンクリート型枠保持部材を提供することを目的としている。【解決手段】H型鋼8に軸方向一端部がねじ込まれる取付用ボルト2と、取付用ボルト2の他端部に設けられ軸方向に延びるトルク調整部3とを備える。トルク調整部3は、一端部が取付用ボルト2に連結された連結部31と、連結部31の他端部に連設され取付用ボルト2及び連結部31に比べて捩れ破断時のトルクが小さい破断部32と、この破断部32を介して連結部31に接続され工具が取り付けられる工具取付部33とを有する。工具取付部33及び破断部32は、軸方向に沿って連結軸部材4が挿通可能な貫通孔を備え、連結部31の他端部に連結軸部材4が取付可能な軸取付部が設けられている。【選択図】図2
