PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely release pinching even if a switch for starting and stopping a driving motor of a vehicle is turned off.SOLUTION: Terminals a of relay contacts 81YUa and 81YDa are connected to a positive electrode of a power source B without passing a main relay 14. When pinching is detected in a window on a front passenger seat side, a terminal b of the relay contact 81YUa and the relay contact 81YDa are turned on. A motor current flows in a motor 13a in a forward direction in a route from the power source B through the terminal a of the relay contact 81YUa, a terminal b of the contact 91Ua, the motor 13a, a terminal b of a contact 91Da, a terminal b of the relay contact 81YDa, a resistor R21a, to a ground without passing the main relay 14, and then the window on the front passenger seat side is closed. This state lasts even after the main relay 14 is turned off in synchronization with turn-off of an ignition switch 16.
