FIXING STRUCTURE OF STAIR RISER AND FIXING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely fix a stair riser using an adhesive in a state of being engaged with a riser fitting groove formed on a rear face of a step board.SOLUTION: An adhesive 6 is applied to a riser 2 along a recessed groove 4 which is formed on an upper butt end 21 of the riser 2 at the butt end side. After engaging the upper end part of the riser with a riser fitting groove 5, the upper butt end of the riser is brought into close contact abutting on the groove bottom 51 of the riser fitting groove. With this, the adhesive applied to the recessed groove at the butt end side is expanded to the upper butt end exceeding the recessed groove at the butt end side. At least the recessed groove at the butt end side and the upper butt end exceeding the recessed groove at the butt end side of the riser are bonded and fixed to the groove bottom of the riser fitting groove with the adhesive. The adhesive is further extended to the front face and the rear face of the riser butt end part to bond and fix an upper end part surface 22 of the riser to a front inner wall surface 52 of the riser fitting groove. By bonding and fixing the rear face 23 of the upper end part of the riser to a rear inner wall surface 53 of the fitting groove in the riser, a stronger fixing structure is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】階段の蹴込板を踏板裏面の蹴込板嵌合溝に嵌合した状態で接着剤により強固に固定する。【解決手段】蹴込板2の上端木口21に形成した木口側凹溝4に沿って接着剤6を塗布した後、蹴込板の上端部を蹴込板嵌合溝5に嵌合させて、蹴込板の上端木口を蹴込板嵌合溝の溝底面51に突き当てた状態とすることにより、木口側凹溝に塗布した接着剤を木口側凹溝以外の上端木口にまで広げて、該接着剤により、蹴込板の少なくとも木口側凹溝および木口側凹溝以外の上端木口を蹴込板嵌合溝の溝底面に接着固定する。該接着剤をさらに蹴込板上端部の表裏面側にまで回り込ませて、蹴込板の上端部表面22を蹴込板嵌合溝の前方内壁面52に接着固定し、蹴込板の上端部裏面23を蹴込板嵌合溝の後方内壁面53に接着固定することにより、さらに強固な固定構造が得られる。【選択図】図2
