To provide a stair fixing method and a stair structure capable of improving the degree of freedom of a design plan of a building and effectively utilizing a space under stairs.SOLUTION: In the fixing method of a stair 10, first, a fixing member 34 is arranged at an end 22 on the descending side in the stair ascending/descending direction of a force girder 18, and a support member 42 is arranged so as to penetrate the vertical side surface of the force girder 18 and the fixing member 34 in the stair width direction. Then, the force girder 18 lifted by a crane 100 is lowered, and the lower part of the fixing member 34 and a floor part 26 are fixed via a floor fixing part 54. Next, the force girder 42 is rotated around the axis of the force girder 18. Thus, the force girder 18 inclined at a predetermined position is fixed via a girder fixing part 44 to the upper portion of the fixing member 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
