PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand wash basin, a counter, and a toilet room capable of suppressing an occurrence of water splash to the outside of a water receiving part while limiting a projection amount from a wall surface of the toilet room.SOLUTION: A hand wash basin installed at a counter provided in a toilet room includes water discharge means having a water discharge hole for discharging water, and a hand wash basin body having an installation part where the water discharge means is installed, and a water receiving part for receiving water. The depth dimension of the hand wash basin body is 200 mm or less, the depth dimension of the water receiving part is 100 mm or more, and the vertical distance between the top face of the water receiving part and the water discharge hole is 100 mm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
