OUTER WALL INSPECTION DEVICE AND OUTER WALL INSPECTION METHOD
To provide an outer wall inspection device that can be elevated and lowered without contact with a wall surface and does not require an inspection device body to have the power for elevating and lowering.SOLUTION: There is provided an outer wall inspection device 1 for inspecting an outer wall of a building 100. The outer wall inspection device 1 includes a line L (LA and LB) that is suspended from a predetermined point located at a high place, folded back at a low place side, and extended to another point located at a high place, so that a part of the same runs in parallel in a vertical direction, a pair of line support portions 30 (30A and 30B) that support the line L so that it can be wound and delivered at each point, an inspection device body 10 having a slider 11 (11B) to which one line L (LB) that runs in parallel is inserted and which is movable in a length direction of the line L and inspection means (13 and 14), and an elevating/lowering unit 40 that is fixed on an extension of the other line L that runs in parallel and moves up and down according to the winding and sending of the line L by the line support portion 30, thereby elevating and lowering the inspection device body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
