PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monolithic refractory comprising a magnesia raw material and/or a dolomite raw material as main refractory raw materials, the monolithic refractory having excellent properties in low price by reducing used amounts of the magnesia raw material and/or the dolomite raw material as refractory raw materials while maintaining necessary properties.SOLUTION: There is provided a monolithic refractory containing refractory raw materials where 5 mass% to 20 mass% of a coarse-grained fraction of the refractory raw materials is substituted by Fe-Ni slag. There is provided a stamp material or a penetration material containing the monolithic refractory where the refractory raw material is a magnesia raw material and/or a dolomite raw material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】マグネシア原料及び／又はドロマイト原料を主たる耐火性原料とする不定形耐火物において、必要とされる特性を維持しつつ、耐火物原料であるマグネシア原料及び／又はドロマイト原料の使用量を低減し、安価で優れた特性を備えた不定形耐火物の提供。【解決手段】耐火性原料を含み、前記耐火性原料の粗粒分の５質量％〜２０質量％がＦｅ−Ｎｉスラグで置換されている不定形耐火物。前記耐火性原料がマグネシア原料及び／又はドロマイト原料である不定形耐火物を含むスタンプ材若しくは溶し込み材。【選択図】なし
