To provide a monolithic refractory composition and a monolithic refractory having improved curing strength of a construction body and excellent explosion resistance.SOLUTION: A monolithic refractory composition according to the present invention includes: a refractory aggregate; an alumina cement containing CaO.Al2O3 as a hardener; and a silica sol, wherein the content of the CaO.Al2O3 relative to the total mass of the alumina cement is 55 mass% or more, the content of the alumina cement is 1 to 5 pts.mass relative to 100 pts.mass of the refractory aggregate, and the silica solid content contained in the silica sol is 1 to 30 pts.mass relative to 100 pts.mass of the refractory aggregate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】施工体の養生強度を向上し、耐爆裂性に優れる不定形耐火組成物及び不定形耐火物を提供する。【解決手段】不定形耐火組成物は、耐火性骨材と、硬化剤としてＣａＯ・Ａｌ２Ｏ３を含むアルミナセメントと、シリカゾルと、を含み、前記アルミナセメントの総質量に対する前記ＣａＯ・Ａｌ２Ｏ３の含有率が、５５質量％以上であり、前記アルミナセメントの含有量が、前記耐火性骨材１００質量部に対して、１～５質量部であり、前記シリカゾルに含まれるシリカ固形分が、前記耐火性骨材１００質量部に対して、１～３０質量部である、不定形耐火組成物。【選択図】なし
