PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative wall material with a relief, formable as a strong structure in strength, and usable as a wall member of a building, without enlarging a thickness so much, while maintaining the decorative effect with the relief.SOLUTION: A decorative wall material comprises a relief plate 11 for forming a recess-shaped relief 21 by three-dimensionally engraving an image on a reverse side surface of a transparent plate material, an illumination light source 12 provide in contact with an end surface of the relief plate 11 and illuminating the relief 21 with a transparent part of the relief plate 11 as a light guide plate, and a frame member provided so as to cover an outer surface of the illumination light source and integrally fixing the illumination light source to the relief plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】レリーフを用いた装飾効果を維持しつつ、厚さが余り大きくなることなく、強度的に強い構造とすることができて建築物の壁部材として利用可能なレリーフを用いた装飾用壁材を提供すること。【解決手段】透明な板材の裏側の面に画像を三次元的に彫刻することにより凹状のレリーフ２１が形成されたレリーフ板１１と、レリーフ板１１の端面に接触して設けられ当該レリーフ板１１の透明部分を導光板としてレリーフ２１を照明するための照明光源１２と、照明光源の外面を覆うように設けられ照明光源をレリーフ板に一体的に固定するための枠部材と、を有する。【選択図】 図１
