INSTALLATION STRUCTURE FOR HEAVY LOAD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure for a heavy load by which the number of joint means required for fixing the heavy load and positions of the joint means can be easily grasped on the job site.SOLUTION: The installation structure for the heavy load is utilized for fixing a power storage unit 5 on a floor backing plate 11. The installation structure includes: a reinforcing plate 3 which is interposed between the floor backing plate and the power storage unit 5 and has a larger plane area than the power storage unit; machine screws 41 and self-tapping screws 42 which are penetrated through the reinforcing plate to the floor backing plate, thereby joining both the reinforcing plate and the floor backing plate; and self-tapping screws 43 which are penetrated into the reinforcing plate and the floor backing plate, thereby joining the power storage unit to the floor backing plate. On the reinforcing plate, marks 32A, ..., are provided at positions where the machine screws and the self-tapping screws are penetrated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】重量物を固定するために必要な接合手段の数及び位置を現場で容易に把握することができる重量物の設置構造を提供する。【解決手段】床下地板11の上に蓄電ユニット5を固定する際の重量物の設置構造である。そして、床下地板と蓄電ユニット5との間に介在させる蓄電ユニットよりも平面積の大きな補強板3と、補強板を通って床下地板に貫入されることによって双方を接合させるビス41及びタッピンねじ42と、補強板及び床下地板に貫入されることによって蓄電ユニットを床下地板に接合させるタッピンねじ43とを備えている。また、補強板には、ビス及びタッピンねじを貫入させる位置に目印32A,・・・が設けられている。【選択図】図2
