PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody building material and a manufacturing method of the woody building material capable of improving design flexibility.SOLUTION: A woody building material 10 includes a plate-like substrate part 20 formed of an inclination part 31 on the surface 10a and a decoration layer 50 formed on the inclination part 31. Further, the inclination part 31 has such an inclination surface 32 that the depth gets to shallow to the one end 32a side coupled to the surface 10a and the depth gets to deep to the other end 32b side separated from the surface 10a, and the inclination surfaces 32 have surface parts 33 which have inclinations different from each other on one end 32a side and the other end 32b side. Therein, an embodiment of a hiding layer 60 is differentiated from a usual hiding layer 600, and a difference d2 in thickness produced between one end 32a side and the other end 32b side of a portion corresponding to the surface part 33 on the hiding layer 60 is set less than the usual difference d1 in thickness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】意匠性をより向上させることのできる木質建材および木質建材の製造方法を得る。【解決手段】木質建材１０は、表面１０ａに傾斜部３１が形成された板状の基材部２０と、傾斜部３１に形成される加飾層５０と、を備えている。また、傾斜部３１は、表面１０ａに連なる一端３２ａ側で深さが浅く、表面１０ａから離れる他端３２ｂ側で深さが深くなるように形成された傾斜面３２を有しており、傾斜面３２は、一端３２ａ側と他端３２ｂ側とで傾斜が異なる面部３３を有している。そして、隠蔽層６０の態様を通常隠蔽層６００とは異ならせ、隠蔽層６０における面部３３と対応する部位の一端３２ａ側と他端３２ｂ側とで生じる厚み差ｄ２が通常厚み差ｄ１よりも小さくなるようにした。【選択図】図２
