SHEET DRUM FITTING STRUCTURE OF SHEET SHUTTER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet drum fitting structure of a sheet shutter that enables fitting/removal of the sheet drum readily within a frontage.SOLUTION: A fitting seat 36 pierced with dummy upper lock hole 36a and lower lock hole is fitted on a base part side of a motor 7 inside a seat drum 5, the upper and lower lock holes having an upper lock bolt 36c and a lower lock bolt 36d, which are protruded on an edge plate 6a on a side, inserted and engaged therewith. Furthermore, shaft support switching means is provided to switch freely between a shaft support attitude and a non-shaft support attitude, the shaft support attitude having a bearing part 8c and a drum shaft 8b engaged to each other and supported, while the non-shaft support attitude having the bearing part and the drum shaft disengaged. Here, the bearing part is provided to protrude inward from an edge plate 6b on the other side, while the drum shaft is protruded on the other side of the seat drum 5. Thus, the drum shaft 8b and the bearing part 8c are switched to the shaft support attitude while raising the other side of the seat drum 5 in the non-shaft support attitude, with the lower lock bolt 36d functioning as a fulcrum. At the same time, the fitting seat 36 is joined with the edge plate 6a on the side, and then fitted to a seat case 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】シートドラムの着脱作業を間口内で容易に行うことができるシートシャッタのシートドラム取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】シートドラム５内のモータ７の基部側に、一側の端板６ａに突設した上止ボルト３６ｃと下止ボルト３６ｄとに挿入係合するバカ孔状の上止孔３６ａと下止孔とを穿設した取付座３６を設け、且つ他側の端板６ｂから内向きに突設される軸受部８ｃと、シートドラム５の他側に突出されるドラム軸８ｂとを、係合軸支する軸支姿勢と係合離脱をする非軸支姿勢とに切換自在にする軸支切換手段を設けることにより、非軸支姿勢にしたシートドラム５を下止ボルト３６ｄを支点に他側を持ち上げた状態で、ドラム軸８ｂと軸受部８ｃとを軸支姿勢に切換えると共に、取付座３６を一側の端板６ａに接合させてシートケース４に取付けるように構成した。【選択図】図１１
