SPACER FOR REINFORCEMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer for a reinforcement, hardly falling off and dislocating, and capable of securing a proper cover of the reinforcement.SOLUTION: A spacer for a reinforcement is provided with a shaft part with a male screw, a head part provided on one end of the shaft part and a through-hole for penetrating through the shaft part and the head part, and is provided with a fixing bolt for fixing the spacer for the reinforcement to a form, the shaft part provided with the male screw and providing a first recessed part having a cross section of a square shape on one end and a reinforcement receiving part provided on the other end of the shaft part, and is provided with a push bolt for adjusting a position of the reinforcement in the form and a cone of a frusto-conical shape of forming a first surface and a second surface of a smaller diameter than the first surface, in which a through-hole with a female screw of reaching the second surface from the first surface is provided in the center of the cone, and the shaft part of the fixing bolt is screwed in the through-hole of the cone from the first surface side, and the shaft part of the push bolt is screwed in from the second surface side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】脱落したりズレたりしにくく、鉄筋の適正なかぶりを確保することができる鉄筋用スペーサーを提供する。【解決手段】雄ねじ付き軸部と、軸部の一端に設けられた頭部と、軸部および頭部を貫通する貫通穴とを有し、鉄筋用スペーサーを型枠に固定するための固定ボルトと、雄ねじが設けられ、一端に横断面が角形の第1凹部が設けられた軸部と、軸部の他端に設けられた鉄筋受け部とを有し、型枠内の鉄筋の位置を調整するための押しボルトと、第1面および第1面より小径の第2面する切頭円錐形状のコーンとを備え、コーンの中央に第1面から第2面に至る雌ねじ付き貫通穴が設けられ、コーンの貫通穴に、第1面の側から固定ボルトの軸部がねじ込まれ、第2面の側から押しボルトの軸部がねじ込まれている鉄筋用スペーサーが提供される。【選択図】 図1
