PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entrance/exit management device capable of achieving entrance/exit management with more reliability.SOLUTION: An entrance/exit management device 300 includes: a face information obtaining unit 320 obtaining a result of a face detection that determines, on the basis of a face of a person standing at an entrance of an area to be managed, whether the person is an authorized person having an entry authority; an ID information setting unit 340 switching effectiveness of authorized ID information assigned to a terminal owned by the authorized person, in response to the result of the face detection; an ID authentication unit 350 performing ID authentication that obtains ID information of a terminal owned by the person standing in the area to be managed and determines that an unauthorized person is standing in the area to be managed who does not have the entry authority when the ID information is not the effective authorized ID information; and a door controlling unit 360 and an abnormality processing unit 370 (management processing unit) that perform corresponding predetermined processing when the unauthorized person is determined to be standing in the area to be managed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】より信頼性の高い入退管理を実現する事ができる入退管理装置を提供する事。【解決手段】入退管理装置３００は、管理対象エリアの入り口に位置する人の顔に基づいて、当該人が進入権限を有する権限者であるか否かを判定する、顔認証の結果を取得する顔情報取得部３２０と、顔認証の結果に応じて、権限者が所持する端末に割り当てられた許可ＩＤ情報の有効性を切り替えるＩＤ情報設定部３４０と、管理対象エリアに位置する人が所持する端末のＩＤ情報を取得し、当該ＩＤ情報が有効な許可ＩＤ情報ではないとき、進入権限を有さない非権限者が管理対象エリアに位置していると判定する、ＩＤ認証を行うＩＤ認証部３５０と、非権限者が管理対象エリアに位置していると判定されたとき、対応する所定の処理を行う扉制御部３６０および異常処理部３７０（管理処理部）と、を有する。【選択図】図５
