TREATMENT DEVICE AND TREATMENT METHOD FOR CEMENT KILN EXHAUST GAS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove mercury from a cement kiln exhaust gas at a low cost.SOLUTION: Provided is a cement kiln exhaust gas treatment device 1 comprising: a screw conveyor 2 conveying mercury-containing dust D1 recovered from a cement kiln exhaust gas G1, and further, heating the mercury-containing dust during the conveyance so as to volatile the mercury contained in the dust; and a mercury recovery apparatus 21 recovering the volatilized mercury. The screw conveyor can be an electromagnetic induction heating apparatus generating a magnetic field by flowing an electric current through an induction coil 6, generating an induction current in the mercury contained in the dust during the conveyance by the magnetic field,and heating the mercury by the heat generation caused by the induction current, a conductive substance is added to the recovered dust to indirectly heat the mercury contained in the dust, and capable of reducing the energy volatilizing the mercury.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低コストでセメントキルン排ガスから効率よく水銀を除去する。【解決手段】セメントキルン排ガスG1から回収した水銀含有ダストD1を輸送すると共に、輸送中の水銀含有ダストを加熱してダストに含まれる水銀を揮発させるスクリューコンベア2と、揮発した水銀を回収する水銀回収装置21とを備えるセメントキルン排ガスの処理装置1。スクリューコンベアは、誘導コイル6に電流を流すことで磁界を生じさせ、磁界により輸送中のダストに含まれる水銀に誘導電流を生じさせ、誘導電流による発熱で水銀を加熱する電磁誘導加熱装置とすることができ、回収したダストに導電性物質を添加してダストに含まれる水銀を間接的に加熱し、水銀を揮発させるエネルギーを低減することができる。【選択図】図1
