CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF PC-METAL DOUBLE SHELL TANK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of PC-metal double shell tank which has an inner tank of a metal inner tank shell at the inner side of an outer tank sidewall of the pre-stressed concrete structure, in which the inner tank is constructed by introducing a steel sheet for forming the side wall of the inner tank, which has a plane or generally arc-like shape, from a material feeding port which is formed in the outer tank sidewall, the construction method enables a closing work of the material feeding port to be completed in a short time by forming the material feeding port as small as possible.SOLUTION: A material feeding port 10, which is an opening larger than the camber of a steel sheet, is formed in a tangential direction of a side wall steel sheet 4 (including designed to be formed) of an inner tank 2 as viewed in a cross-section. A steel sheet 4a is introduced through the opening of the material feeding port 10, and is positioned at a predetermined position of the inner tank 2 of a metal inner tank shell to construct the inner tank 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】プレストレストコンクリート構造の外槽側壁の内部に金属円筒殻の内槽を有するPC・金属二重殻タンクの施工法であって、内槽側壁を構成する断面が平板ないし略円弧状の鋼板を外槽側壁に形成する材料投入孔から取り入れて内槽を構築する場合に、材料投入孔を極力小さなものですむようにして、材料投入孔閉塞工事を短時間で行うことが可能となる。【解決手段】材料投入孔10は横断面視において内槽2の側壁鋼板4(構築予定を含む)の接線方向に向けて、鋼板の矢高に余裕を持たせた幅分開口させ、前記鋼板4aはこの材料投入孔10の開口を通して搬入し、金属円筒殻の内槽2の所定位置に移動して内槽2を構築する。【選択図】 図1
