CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF PC/METAL DOUBLE-SHELL TANK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform material throw-in hole block construction in a short period of time by forming a material throw-in hole into an extremely-small hole when constructing an inner tank by withdrawing a steel plate having a flat plate shape or a substantially-circular shape at a cross section constructing an inner tank sidewall from the material throw-in hole which is formed at an outer tank sidewall, in a construction method of a PC/metal double-shell tank having a metal cylinder shell in the outer tank sidewall having a prestressed concrete structure.SOLUTION: A material throw-in hole 10 is opened by a width amount having a margin at a camber of a steel plate 4a toward a tangential direction of a sidewall steel plate 4 (including scheduled construction) of an inner tank 2 in a cross section view, a guide rail which is linear to a tangential direction of a sidewall of the inner tank 2 is laid between the material throw-in hole of an outer tank sidewall, an inner tank 2 and an outer tank 6 from the outside of a sidewall of the outer tank 6, a guide rail which is curved over the whole periphery is laid between the inner tank 2 and the outer tank 6, the steel plate 4a is transported through the material throw-in hole 10 formed at the sidewall of the outer tank 6 when transporting the steel plate 4a to a prescribed position from the outside of the sidewall of the outer tank 6 by hanging it on a plane trolley, and moved to a prescribed position of a metal cylinder shell, thus forming the inner tank 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】プレストレストコンクリート構造の外槽側壁の内部に金属円筒殻の内槽を有するPC・金属二重殻タンクの施工法であって、内槽側壁を構成する断面が平板ないし略円弧状の鋼板を外槽側壁に形成する材料投入孔から取り入れて内槽を構築する場合に、材料投入孔を極力小さなものですむようにして、材料投入孔閉塞工事を短時間で行うことが可能となる。【解決手段】材料投入孔10は横断面視において内槽2の側壁鋼板4(構築予定を含む)の接線方向に向けて、鋼板4aの矢高に余裕を持たせた幅分開口させ、外槽6の側壁の外から外槽側壁の材料投入孔、内槽2・外槽6の間まで、内槽2の側壁の接線方向に直線状のガイドレール、内槽2・外槽6の間に全周に亘って曲線状のガイドレールを配置し、鋼板4aをプレーントローリーに吊り下げて、外槽6の側壁の外側から所定位置まで搬入するのに、前記鋼板4aは前記外槽6の側壁に形成する材料投入孔10を通して搬入し、金属円筒殻の所定位置に移動して内槽2を構築する【選択図】 図1
