PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation guidance mechanism that secures a safe guide path and starts guide to an actual evacuation site at an intersection and a branch point at the stage of evacuation preparation and evacuation advice at a time point when surface displacement at an observation point starts to appear.SOLUTION: An evacuation guidance system calculates a time necessary for evacuation on the basis of the antenna position and coordinates 3 of a GPS communication terminal 2 installed at an observation point, obtained by accurately measuring surface displacement caused by a landslide disaster using a quasi-zenith satellite 1, and detection information by a submerged sensor 4, and performs evacuation guidance along high luminance road surface signs laid on safe direction and evacuation path and arrows marked at an intersection and a branch point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】観測点の地表変位が出現し始めた時点での避難準備や避難勧告の段階で、安全な誘導路が確保され、交差・分岐点で具体的な避難場所への誘導が開始される避難誘導機構を提供する。【解決手段】土砂災害などで生じる地表変位を準天頂衛星1の測位精度と観測点に設置したGPS通信端末2のアンテナ位置・座標3や水没センサ4から検知情報を基に、避難に必要な時間の捻出し、安全方向・避難経路に敷設された高輝度路面標示と交差・分岐点に標示される矢印に沿って避難誘導する。【選択図】図1
