본 발명은 각종 사고나 재난 발생시 신속하게 해당 사실을 알리고 대피를 위한 경로를 안내하여 인명사고를 방지하기 위한 비상대피 알림 및 안내 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 재난발생시 비상대피등이 보이지 않게 되거나 단순히 경보음을 통해 비상상황임을 알리는 것에 불과하여 어떠한 상황인지를 파악하기 어려운 한계가 있었던 종래기술의 비상대피등 및 비상경보기들의 문제점을 해소하기 위해, 건물 내의 특정 위치에 각각 설치된 센서들을 통해 수신된 정보를 취합하여 알람발생기에서 사고발생을 감지하고, 사고발생시 해당 사실을 서버로 보내면 서버에서는 건물 내에 설치된 인체감지 센서를 통해 대피하지 못한 사람이 있는지 확인하고, 사람이 있는 경우 해당 위치의 알람발생기로 사고발생 위치 및 대피경로에 대한 알림을 송출하도록 구성됨으로써, 건물 내부의 사람들이 즉각적으로 사고발생 및 현재상황을 파악할 수 있고, 시야확보가 어려운 상황에서도 대피경로 및 방법을 안내받아 신속하고 안전하게 대피 가능하도록 구성되는 비상대피 알림 및 안내 시스템이 제공된다.
The present invention relates to a system for notifying and guiding an emergency evacuation, which is to prevent loss of lives by promptly notifying a corresponding fact, and guiding a route for evacuation in cases of various accidents or disasters. According to the present invention, in order to solve problems of emergency evacuation lamps and emergency alarms of the conventional invention having a limitation that an emergency evacuation lamp cannot be viewed or recognition on a situation is difficult since an emergency situation is merely notified through alarm sound during an emergency, an accident occurrence is detected in an alarm generator by collecting information received through sensors separately installed in specific locations in a building. Also, when an accident occurs, and a corresponding fact is transmitted to a server, the server checks whether a non-evacuating person is present through a human sensor installed in the building. When a person is present, an alarm for a location of the accident occurrence and an evacuation route is transmitted to the alarm generator of a corresponding location, such that people inside the building can immediately recognize the accident occurrence and a current situation. In addition, even in a situation that visibility is difficult to be secured, a route and method of an evacuation are guided for allowing rapid and safe evacuation.
