EXTRACTION COOLING APPARATUS, CHLORINE BYPASS SYSTEM USING THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR TREATING CEMENT KILN EXTRACTION GAS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove chlorine efficiently from cement kiln extraction gas at a low cost even when the concentration of raw material dust in the cement kiln extraction gas is increased.SOLUTION: An extraction cooling apparatus 2 includes: an extraction part 2a for extracting a part G1 of combustion gas from a kiln exhaust gas flow passage extended from a kiln tail of a cement kiln 3 to a lowermost stage cyclone; a sorting part 2d for separating the extraction gas into coarse powder D1 and fine powder-containing gas G2; and a cooling part 2e for cooling the fine powder-containing gas. Since the coarse powder D1 is separated, an increase of the amount of the chlorine to be circulated can be avoided without precipitating chlorine compounds on the surface of coarse powder dust and deterioration of chlorine removal efficiency can be prevented. The chlorine bypass system 1 includes; the extraction cooling apparatus; a dust collection unit 5 for recovering dust D3 in the extraction gas G2 cooled by the extraction cooling apparatus; and a discharge unit for discharging the recovered dust to the outside of the cement kiln system. The fine powder-containing gas is cooled to 600°C or lower while reducing the dust concentration of the extraction gas to 30 g/mor lower using the extraction cooling apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】セメントキルン抽気ガス中の原料ダスト濃度が上昇しても、抽気ガスから低コストで効率よく塩素を除去する。【解決手段】セメントキルン3の窯尻から最下段サイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より燃焼ガスの一部G1を抽気する抽気部2aと、抽気ガスを粗粉D1と、微粉を含むガスG2とに分離する分級部2dと、微粉を含むガスを冷却する冷却部2eとを備える抽気冷却装置2。粗粉D1を分離することで塩素化合物が粗粉ダストの表面に析出することがなく、循環塩素量の上昇を回避し、塩素除去効率の低下を防止できる。この抽気冷却装置と、同装置で冷却した抽気ガスG2中のダストD3を回収する集塵装置5と、回収したダストをセメントキルンの系外へ排出する排出装置とを備える塩素バイパスシステム1。抽気冷却装置を用いて抽気ガスのダスト濃度を30g/m3N以下に低下させながら、微粉を含むガスを600℃以下に冷却する。【選択図】図1
