METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING CEMENT KILN EXTRACTION GAS
To provide a method and an apparatus for treating cement kiln extraction gas which is excellent in chlorine removal efficiency from a cement kiln system.SOLUTION: A method for treating cement kiln extraction gas extracts partial combustion gas from a kiln exhaust gas flow channel 30 reaching from an end 2a of a cement kiln 2 in a cement kiln facility to a lowermost stage cyclone 20a of a preheater 20, and removes chlorine from the extraction gas G1. The extraction gas has a first temperature zone of maintaining a state in which a predetermined chlorine compound exists in a gas phase, coarse powder D1 of chlorine bypass dust contained in the extraction gas is separated from the extraction gas G1 in a state in which the first temperature zone is maintained, extraction gas G2 after the coarse powder D1 of the chlorine bypass dust is separated is cooled to a second temperature zone not maintaining a state in which the predetermined chlorine compound exists in the gas phase, and then the chlorine bypass dust D2 contained in the extraction gas is collected from the extraction gas G3 to remove the chlorine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】セメントキルン系からの塩素除去効率に優れたセメントキルン抽気ガスの処理方法及びその処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】セメントキルン設備におけるセメントキルン2の窯尻2aからプレヒータ20の最下段サイクロン20aに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路30から燃焼ガスの一部を抽気し、該抽気ガスG1から塩素を除去するセメントキルン抽気ガスの処理方法であって、前記抽気ガスは所定の塩素化合物が気相に存する状態を維持する第1温度帯を有しており、その第1温度帯を維持した状態の抽気ガスG1から該抽気ガスに含有される塩素バイパスダストの粗粉D1を分離し、前記塩素バイパスダストの粗粉D1を分離した後の抽気ガスG2を、前記所定の塩素化合物が気相に存する状態を維持しない第2温度帯に冷却した後に、その抽気ガスG3から該抽気ガスに含有される塩素バイパスダストD2を回収することにより塩素の除去を行うものである。【選択図】図1
