COLUMNAR IMPROVEMENT PILE CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a columnar improvement pile construction system which allows: a construction pattern for automatic operation to be created outside a ground improvement work machine; and the ground improvement work machine to perform the automatic operation by reading the construction pattern.SOLUTION: A columnar improvement pile construction system comprises: a ground improvement work machine which has an agitation tool to construct a columnar improvement pile in the ground, a rod with the agitation tool fixed to a lower edge section thereof, a rotation drive section which rotationally drives the agitation tool, a vertical drive section which upwardly or downwardly drives the agitation tool, a ground improvement agent supply section which supplies a ground improvement agent, and an automatic operation setting section for setting construction data necessary to construct the columnar improvement pile; and a process setting device which allows the construction data necessary for constructing the columnar improvement pile through automatic operation of the ground improvement work machine to be set outside the ground improvement work machine and can record the construction data as a construction pattern. The automatic operation setting section can input and utilize the construction pattern recorded by the process setting device for constructing the columnar improvement pile through the automatic operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】自動運転のための施工パターンを地盤施工機の外部で作成し、その施工パターンを地盤施工機に読み込んで自動運転を行う柱状改良杭造成システムを提供する。【解決手段】地盤中に柱状改良杭を造成するための撹拌工具と、撹拌工具が下端部に固定されたロッドと、撹拌工具を回転駆動する回転駆動部と、撹拌工具を下降または上昇駆動する昇降駆動部と、地盤改良剤を供給する地盤改良剤供給部と、柱状改良杭の造成に必要な施工データを設定するための自動運転設定部とを有する地盤施工機と、地盤施工機の自動運転による柱状改良杭の造成に必要な施工データを、地盤施工機の外部において設定することが可能であり、それらの施工データを施工パターンとして記録することができる工程設定装置とからなる。そして、自動運転設定部は、工程設定装置が記録した施工パターンを入力して柱状改良杭の自動運転による造成に利用することができるものである。【選択図】図５
