PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine bubble generator enabling fine bubbles generated in liquid to maintain a stable bubble diameter even after the liquid passes through a venturi.SOLUTION: A fine bubble generator 1 in which air 11 supplied into liquid 10 is collapsed to miniaturize bubbles by a venturi 3, includes, on a cross section center part of a passage 4 on the downstream side of the venturi, a flow adjusting member 5 for changing a liquid flow a little to the pipe wall 6 side, and for adjusting so that a flow velocity of the liquid on a pipe wall part is not changed from a flow velocity of the liquid after passing through the venturi.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
