To provide a fine bubble generator which can generate a sufficient amount of nano-bubbles with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A fine bubble generator includes a roughly cylindrical body part 10, a liquid introduction part 20 formed on a first end 11 on a liquid flow-in side and a through hole 30 communicating with the liquid introduction part 20, in which the liquid introduction part 20 has a circular opening 25 and has a cross-sectional area gradually reduced toward a second end 12 from the first end 11 of the body part 10, the through hole 30 is formed of a central region 31 including the narrowest part and a first peripheral region 32 and a second peripheral region 33 that are formed symmetrically with respect to a central axis L1 and include the widest part, in an arbitrary cross section vertical to the central axis L1 of the body part 10, the central region 31, the first peripheral region 32 and the second peripheral region 33 are communicated by a continuous curve, and the cross section regulating the through hole 30 is rotated at least 270 degrees toward the second end side 12 from the first end side 11 in the central axis L1 direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
