FINE BUBBLE LIQUID GENERATOR
To provide a fine bubble liquid generator capable of securing a water quantity of a sufficient quantity by preventing water pressure reduction in supply water, while securing required fine bubble density.SOLUTION: A water communication pipe 2 connected to a water service pipe 12 has a swelling part 4 diametrically expanded in a part. The swelling part 4 is provided with a support member 6 having an inner ring part 6a for holding a nozzle 5 on its inner periphery, an outer ring part 6b fixed to the swelling part 4 and a plurality of width parts 6c for connecting the inner ring part 6a and the outer ring part 6b. The nozzle 5 comprises a plurality of water intake holes 8 inclined to the axis of a supply water pipe 2 of water service in the central axis on an inlet side water intake plate 7, and service water obliquely discharged from the respective water intake holes 8 is jetted to a second water communication passage 8b by increasing a speed while turning in a spiral shape on an inner wall of a first water communication passage 8a. A fine bubble liquid of including an infinite number of ultra-fine cavitation bubbles is increased by sudden pressure reduction at this time. The fine bubble liquid is discharged to the downstream side by merging with the service water of passing between the width parts 6c opened in the support part 6 without passing through the nozzle 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】必要な微細気泡濃度を確保しつつ、供給水の水圧低減を防止して十分な量の水量を確保可能な微細気泡液生成器を提供する。【解決手段】水道配管12に接続される通水管2は一部に拡径された膨出部4を有する。膨出部4には、ノズル5をその内周で保持する内環部6aと、膨出部4に固定される外環部6bと、内環部6aと外環部6bとを繋ぐ複数の輻部6cとを備える支持部材6が設けられている。ノズル5は、入口側の取水プレート7に中心軸が水道の給水管2の軸に対し傾斜している取水孔8を複数具備して、各取水孔8から斜めに放出される水道水は、第1通水路8aの内壁を螺旋状に旋回しながら速度を上げて第2通水路8bへ噴出される。このときの急激な圧力低下により無数の極微細なキャビテーション気泡を含む微細気泡液が増成される。そして、微細気泡液は、ノズル5を通過せずに支持部6に開口された輻部6cの間を通過する水道水と合流して下流へ放出される。【選択図】図2
