FLOOR SHEET REPAIR METHOD AND FLOOR SHEET REPAIR STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method capable of resolving a defect attributable to a work to peel off a floor sheet from a blind floor.SOLUTION: A method for repairing a floor sheet 1A with irregularities on its surface comprises: a coating application process, in which an ultraviolet curable coating is applied on the surface of the floor sheet 1A to smooth the irregularities on the surface and form a coating layer; a curing process, in which a cured layer 2 is obtained by irradiating the ultraviolet ray to the coating layer to cure the ultraviolet curable coating of the coating layer; an adhesive application process, in which an adhesive is applied on the surface of the cured layer 2 to form an adhesive layer 3; and a laying process, in which a new floor sheet 1B is laid on the adhesive layer 3. The ultraviolet curable coating used in the coating application process has a viscosity of 1400 to 17000 mPas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】床シートを下地から剥がす作業に起因した不具合を、解消できる、改修方法を、提供すること。【解決手段】表面に凹凸を有する既存の床シート１Ａを改修する方法において、床シート１Ａの表面に、該表面の凹凸を埋めるように、紫外線硬化塗料を塗布して、塗料層を形成する、塗料塗布工程と、塗料層の紫外線硬化塗料を、紫外線を照射することによって、硬化させて、硬化層２を得る、硬化工程と、硬化層２の表面に、接着剤を塗布して、接着剤層３を形成する、接着剤塗布工程と、接着剤層３の上に、新たな床シート１Ｂを敷設する、敷設工程と、を備えており、前記塗料塗布工程で用いる紫外線硬化塗料が、１４００〜１７０００ｍＰａｓの粘度を有している、ことを特徴としている。【選択図】図５
