METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FLOOR SHEET AND FLOOR SHEET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture, in a short time, a floor sheet which is usable as a tatami cover and has a three-dimensional structure free of thread loosing wherever it is cut.SOLUTION: A surface smoothing process is performed to smooth naps on a surface of nonwoven fabric by fusing the surface of the nonwoven fabric with a heat calender roll (step S1). The surface of the sheet-like nonwoven fabric having been smoothed is corrugated, a liner is deposited on the reverse surface of the nonwoven fabric, and the corrugated surface of the nonwoven fabric is embossed (step S2). The embossing comprises forming a three-dimensional structure in an arbitrary pattern on the surface of the nonwoven fabric by crushing only parts of mountain parts formed by the corrugation into recessed parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】畳表などに使用可能で、何処でカットしてもほつれの無い3次元構造を持った床用シートを短時間で製造する。【解決手段】不織布の表面を熱カレンダーロールで溶かして不織布表面にある毛羽立ちを潰す表面平滑処理を行う(ステップS1)。表面平滑処理されたシート状の不織布の表面をコルゲート加工するとともに、その不織布の裏面にライナーを溶着し、かつ、不織布のコルゲート加工面をエンボス加工する(ステップS2)。エンボス加工はコルゲート加工による山部の一部のみを潰して凹部とすることで、不織布の表面に任意の模様の3次元構造を形成する。【選択図】図1
