FLOOR STRUCTURE REPAIR METHOD AND ADHESIVE FOR FLOOR STRUCTURE REPAIR
To provide a one-component adhesive for a floor structure repair method that does not require mixing, is easy to inject into gaps in a floor structure, does not easily flow out of a repaired area, and has sufficient adhesive strength.SOLUTION: In a floor structure repair method, a one-component adhesive containing a polyoxyalkylene polymer having hydrolyzable silyl groups, has a viscosity A of 3000 mPa-s or more and 8000 mPa-s or less as measured at a rotation rate of 30 r/min using a B-type viscometer under 23°C temperature conditions, and a viscosity ratio (B/A) that is a ratio of a viscosity B measured at a rotation rate of 6 r/min using a B-type viscometer under 23°C temperature conditions to the viscosity A of 2.3 or more, and the one-component adhesive is injected between a floor surface material and a floor substrate material through a penetrating hole opened on an existing floor surface material to bond the floor surface material and the floor substrate material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】混合の手間がかからない1液型の接着剤であって、床構造体の隙間に注入しやすくかつ補修箇所から流れ出しにくく、さらに十分な接着性を有する床構造体補修方法用の接着剤を提供する。【解決手段】加水分解性シリル基を有するポリオキシアルキレン系重合体を含有する接着剤であり、23℃の温度条件下、B型粘度計を用いて回転数30r/minで測定した粘度Aが3000mPa・s以上8000mPa・s以下であり、23℃の温度条件下、B型粘度計を用いて回転数6r/minで測定した粘度Bと、前記粘度Aとの粘度比(B/A)が2.3以上である1液型の接着剤を、既設の床表面材に開口した貫通孔から該床表面材と床下地材との間に注入し、前記床表面材と前記床下地材とを接着することを特徴とする床構造体補修方法。【選択図】図1
