BICYCLE PARKING AND WATERPROOF APPARATUS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking and waterproof apparatus convertible into a waterproof apparatus for preventing flooding, by combining a waterproof sheet and a water absorptive sandbag in localized torrential rain by a sudden change in weather, though being daily used as a bicycle parking apparatus in a familiar parking area.SOLUTION: A bicycle parking and waterproof apparatus is used as a bicycle parking apparatus, by having a pair of block bodies 10 for forming a tire groove for making a front wheel enter and arrangement plates 14 and 15 for forming an arrangement frame of the block bodies 10 as a main part, but is convertible into a waterproof apparatus of using flowing water pressure and expansion pressure of a water absorptive sandbag, by adding even the flooding preventive function from a side surface, by arranging a flooding preventive curtain in the vertical direction, also the water absorptive sandbag 23 of adopting a water absorptive polymer and the block bodies 10 on both side surfaces, by combining a waterproof sheet 22 separately prepared-stored in a door 24 and a clearance part of a building and the arrangement plates 14 and 15, in localized torrential rain of causing the occurrence of flooding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】日常的には身近な駐輪場で駐輪器具として利用するが、天候の急変による集中豪雨時には、防水シート及び吸水土嚢を組み合わせることで、浸水を防止する防水器具へと転換できる駐輪及び防水兼用器具を提供する。【解決手段】前輪を進入するタイヤ溝を形成する一対のブロック体１０と、当該ブロック体１０の配列枠を形成する配列板１４及び１５とを主要部品に備えて、駐輪器具として利用されるが、浸水の発生を伴う集中豪雨時では、建造物のドア２４や隙間部に、別途に準備保管する防水シート２２と、前記配列板１４及び１５とを組み合わせて上下方向の浸水防止幕を、また吸水ポリマーを採用した吸水土嚢２３と、前記ブロック体１０とを両側面に配備して、側面からの浸水防止機能も加わることで、流水圧と、前記吸水土嚢の膨張圧とを利用した防水器具へと、転換可能な駐輪及び防水兼用器具である。【選択図】図１
