According to an embodiment of the present invention, a bicycle parking apparatus comprises: a first parking unit installed on the ground and slantly arranged at a predetermined angle with respect to the ground; a rail unit which is separated from the ground, is arranged on an upper side of the first parking unit, and includes a guide rail having a straight section and a slope section; a pillar unit which is installed on the ground and supports the rail unit; a second parking unit which is installed on the guide rail to be able to slide, is drawn out from the rail unit or inserted into the rail unit, and is inclined with respect to the ground by being leaned downwards by a self-weight when entering the slope section after passing through the straight section when withdrawing; and a rotation unit which is rotatably installed on the rail unit, and is rotated in the predetermined direction in a state of supporting one side of the second parking unit when the second parking unit is withdrawn, so that the second parking unit is inclined with respect to the ground by a preset angle.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 자전거 주차장치는 지면에 설치되고, 상기 지면에 대하여 미리 설정된 각도로 경사지게 배치되는 제1 주차부, 상기 지면으로부터 이격되어 상기 제1 주차부의 상측에 배치되고 내측에 직선구간 및 경사구간으로 이루어지는 가이드레일을 구비하는 레일부, 상기 지면에 설치되어 상기 레일부를 지지하는 기둥부, 상기 가이드레일에 슬라이드 이동 가능하게 설치되어 상기 레일부로부터 인출 또는 상기 레일부로 인입되되, 인출 시 상기 직선구간을 통과한 후, 상기 경사구간으로 진입할 경우, 자중에 의해 하측으로 기울어져 상기 지면에 대하여 경사지게 배치되는 제2 주차부, 그리고 상기 레일부에 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 제2 주차부의 인출 시 상기 제2 주차부의 일 측을 지지한 상태로 미리 설정된 방향으로 회전되어 상기 제2 주차부를 미리 설정된 각도만큼 상기 지면에 대하여 경사지게 배치시키는 회전부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
