MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR REINFORCING MEMBER USED WITH EXISTING STEEL FRAME, AND REINFORCEMENT METHOD FOR EXISTING STEEL FRAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a reinforcing member that enables a heat-resistant reinforcing member to be manufactured readily at a high accuracy without welding, the reinforcing member fitting a deformed existing steel frame.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a reinforcing member used with an existing steel frame includes the following steps for: calculating a necessary cross-section of a reinforcing member 2 that reinforces an existing steel frame 1; preparing first CAD data incorporating existing steel frame form data D1, for which the form of the existing steel frame 1 is derived using laser measurement; preparing second CAD data D2 by incorporating the reinforcing member 2 in the first CAD data, and determining the form of the reinforcing member 2; creating a resin reinforcing member model 2M on the basis of the second CAD data D2 on the reinforcing member 2, using a 3D printer; making a mold from the reinforcing member model 2M; and manufacturing the cast steel or cast iron reinforcing member 2, using the mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
