REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE FOR EXISTING STEEL FRAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure for an existing steel frame, the reinforcement structure reinforcing a connection part between a connection member and a brace of the existing steel frame in a state where heat resistance exists, without using fire such as welding.SOLUTION: A reinforcement structure 1 for an existing steel frame reinforces a connection part 62 between a connection member 59 provided at part to which the existing steel frame 55's pillar 56 and beam 57 are fixed and a brace material 58 whose end 58a is connected to the connection member. The reinforcement structure comprises: a first reinforcement member 5 formed from steel material; a first connection part 15A that connects either of the pillar or the beam, a first shaft-like member 56, with the first reinforcement member using friction junction or engaging junction; and a second connection part 15B that connects the brace material with the first reinforcement member using friction junction or engaging junction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
