REINFORCEMENT DEVICE FOR EXISTING STEEL FRAME STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement device capable of easily and securely reinforcing a cross type angle steel assembly constituting a steel frame structure without processing the parallel type angle steel assembly at all.SOLUTION: A steel frame structure 10 is constituted using a cross type angle steel assembly 20 constituted by combining a first angle steel material 21 and a second angle steel material 22 in a back-to-back state in which a bent corner part 21c of the first angle steel material 21 and a bent corner part 22c of the second angle steel material 22 are arranged closely in parallel to each other, and fastened with first to fourth fastening bolts and nuts 53-56 provided at four peripheral places of first to eighth fixing metal fittings 41-48 arranged to be coupled with each other surrounding a periphery of the cross angle steel assembly 20 to make fastening force which moves toward the axis of the cross type angle steel assembly 20 act on the first to eight fixing metal fittings 41-48, thereby uniting a first reinforcement plate material 31 and the first angle steel material 21, and a second reinforcement plate material and the second angle steel material 22 together.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】鉄骨構造物を構成するクロス型山形鋼集成体に何らの加工を施すことなく、クロス型山形鋼集成体を容易かつ確実に補強することができる補強装置を提供する。【解決手段】第1山形鋼材21と第2山形鋼材22とを、第1山形鋼材21の曲げ角部21cと第2山形鋼材22の曲げ角部22cとが互いに近接して平行に配列される背中合わせ状態に組合わせてなるクロス型山形鋼集成体20を用いて鉄骨構造物10を構成し、クロス型山形鋼集成体20の周囲を取り巻くように互いに連結されるように配置された第1乃至第8の固定金具41〜48の周方向の四箇所に設けられた第1乃至第4の締め付け用ボルト・ナット53〜56で締め付けることにより、第1乃至第8の固定金具41〜48に対しクロス型山形鋼集成体20の軸心に向け移動する締め付け力を作用させて第1補強板材31と第1山形鋼材21及び第2補強板材と第2山形鋼材22を一体化する構成にした。【選択図】 図3
