PILE DRIVING METHOD USING PILE DRIVING MACHINE WITH ENGINE OPERATED BY TWO PERSONS, AND PILE DRIVING MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile driving method using a portable pile driving machine and a pile driving machine, capable of driving a screw pile accurately in a narrow land such as a tea garden, an orchard, and a vegetable garden, where heavy equipment cannot be used for pile driving.SOLUTION: A portable pile driving machine includes a gasoline engine 2 fixed on a frame 3 with an engine mount 17, a speed reducer 8 that transmits a rotation for driving the gasoline engine 2 while reducing the speed, and a drill joint 11 connected to the speed reducer 8 and a screw pile 1. In a method for driving a screw pile using the screw driving machine, two operators who face each other hold handles on both edges of the frame 3 for driving the screw pile 1, correspondingly to driving of the screw pile 1, while supporting the screw driving machine with the screw pile 1 and a torque bar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】茶畑、果樹園、野菜畑、狭い土地等重機を用いた杭打ちができない土地に、スクリュー杭を正確に打ち込むための手持ち式杭打ち機を用いた杭打ち方法及び杭打ち機を提供する。【解決手段】フレーム３にエンジンマウント１７により固定されたガソリンエンジン２、ガソリンエンジン２駆動の回転を減速して伝える減速機８、減速機８とつながり、さらにスクリュー杭１とつながるドリルジョイント１１からなる手持ち式杭打ち機を、スクリュー杭１と、トルクバーでささえながら、スクリュー杭１の打ち込みに対応して、相対する２名の作業員がフレーム３両端の把手を持ちながらスクリュー杭１を打ち込む杭打ち方法及び杭打ち機とした。【選択図】図８
